Shipping Locations & Costs

• Domestic (Within India): We provide Free Shipping on all orders across India.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. For international orders, please contact us at contact@styleaura.com or WhatsApp +91 89040 69885 for a custom shipping quote and delivery timeline. Any custom duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom-made designs may take 3 to 4 weeks as they are handcrafted to order.
• Domestic Delivery:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
• International Delivery: 10–15 business days (varies by location).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can track your package directly through our courier partner's portal.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. StyleAura® is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Damage in Transit

If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@styleaura.com with photographs of the packaging and the product. We will evaluate the damage and provide a resolution in accordance with our exchange guidelines.

Shipping for Exchanges

As per our Refund Policy, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the cost of returning the item to our Bangalore studio for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn condition.
