Return and Refund Policy

Once sold, no refunds will be allowed. Returns can be done within 21 days from the order date against a valid Order ID received on your email provided at the time of order placement.

To be eligible for Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Return

To return your product, you should do the following within 21 days from the order date

  1. Email us at contact@StyleAura.com your request to return your item giving a valid reason to return and Order ID of your purchase.
  2. Once return request is approved, we will notify you on your registered email id.
  3. You can then mail your product to: StyleAura, Unit No. B-3, Anmol Carlson Court, No. 1 Whitefield Main Road, Bangalore – 560066, Karnataka, India. Do mention the Order ID on the shipment label. You must also include a printout of the order email you received on your registered email ID. This must be done within 7 days of approval of your return.
  4. Email us at contact@StyleAura.com the courier details and tracking number of the return shipment.

Inspection and Acceptance

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is acceptance, then you will be issued a credit code via a notification in your email. The credit code can be used against another purchase on the online store within 30 days of the code issue date.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of shipping the original product will be deducted from your credit note.

Depending on where you live, the time taken to complete this process may vary.

If you are shipping an item over ₹ 3,000, you must ship via a traceable courier and you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, damaged or otherwise.
